Cancellation

If you want your ticket the order for some reason, you can request a cancellation by contacting us with the details of your order at accounts@nftkochi.com. Upon cancellation up to 3 days prior to show time, you will receive 100% refund for the ticket price only in your source bank account within 7-10 working days. For cancellation within 3 days, you will receive 50% refund.
